Endocrine Masterclass – 2019
Endocrine Masterclass–2019, held on 1–2 March 2019, was a two-day exam-oriented program for endocrine postgraduates. Seventy trainees participated. Faculty from AIIMS, SGPGI, KEM, St John’s and CMC led sessions. It was among the first of its kind and is now an annual event. Read more
Research Methodology Workshop 2017
Dept. of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, Christian Medical College, Vellore hosted the 3rd Endocrine Society of India Research Methodology Workshop on 3–4 Feb 2017 at the Centre for Stem Cell Research. Symposia and Training at Jaffna 2017
Dept. of Endocrinology, Christian Medical College, Vellore conducted diabetes symposia and training in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, on 2017, benefiting doctors and nurses. The visit strengthened longstanding CMC–Jaffna academic ties and promoted multidisciplinary diabetes and foot care education. Read more

Lifestyle Prospective Project for School Teachers
Dept. of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, Christian Medical College, Vellore conducted a Teachers’ Training Programme on “Diabesity,” addressing childhood obesity, prediabetes and nutrition. Twenty-five teachers from seven schools were trained to promote healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. Read more
