Carnival Marathon 2026
Carnival 2026 Marathon was held on 26 Jan 2026 at Christian Medical College, Vellore, organized with the Dept. of Endocrinology on the theme “Saving Limbs from Amputation in Diabetes.” Over 500 participants joined 2K, 5K and 10K runs, promoting diabetic foot care awareness.

Inauguration of New General OPD Block
On 10 October, 2023 the refurbished OPD Block (120) was inaugurated as the Unitary OPD for Endocrinology and IDTRC at Christian Medical College, Vellore. The ceremony was attended by Prof. I. Rajesh, Dr. Joymammen, Mrs. Annie Jerome and Ms. Sonia Valas.

Inauguration of Endocrinology General Ward (L Ward)
Strengthening inpatient endocrine care. On 9 October, 2023 the refurbished L Ward was inaugurated as the Unitary Ward for Endocrinology at Christian Medical College, Vellore. Chief guest M. S. Seshadri reflected on the department’s 29-year journey. The upgraded ward has 23 beds.
