Prof Dr. Nihal Thomas is Senior Professor in Endocrinology and Currently Head of the Centre of Stem Cell Research at Christian Medical College, Vellore in India. He is also principal coordinator for the ICMR Collaborating centre of Excellence in Diabetes and Adjunct Faculty at the Centre for Public health at the CMC Vellore.

His area of interest is Metabolic Bone disease and Epidemiology studies in Bone health in various Cohorts. He is a Principal Investigator for Multicentre trials in osteoporosis. He has Professional Affiliation of Endocrine Society of India (ESI). -2008 and Indian Society of Bone Mineral Research, India – 2008.

Her area of interest is Clinical profile and mutational analysis of MEN-1, Pituitary disorders, Clinical profile and genetics of young onset diabetes. She has three years of teaching experience as a faculty in the department of Endocrinology, and involved in training doctors from all over the country in diabetes under the World Diabetes Foundation and Distance education fellowship in diabetes programs, training of fellows in diabetes and specialist registrars in endocrinology.

Dr. Nitin completed his DM & Post Doctoral Fellowship in Endocrinology at CMC, Vellore. He then completed his PhD research on community and hospital-based cohorts to study the clinical and genetic indicators of obesity from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He has been cited as among the top 2% of most influential researchers across the world by Stanford university, USA in October 2023 and 2024.

Dr Felix Jebasingh K, Is working in Endocrinology as a professor at the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the Christian Medical College, Vellore and CMC Vellore Chittoor Campus, India. Dr Felix Jebasingh K is not just a practitioner but a dedicated researcher.

Dr Kripa Elizabeth Cherian graduated from Government Medical College, Trivandrum and completed her M.D., in Internal Medicine from Christian Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana. She pursued DM., in Endocrinology at Christian Medical College, Vellore

Dr. Aaron as a basic science faculty in the Department of Endocrinology, Christian Medical College, Vellore, leads the Molecular Endocrinology Laboratory (MEL). He joined CMC in 2003 as a student in MSc Medical Biochemistry and has worked as a tutor in Biochemistry & in-charge Clinical Biochemistry laboratory (CMC Ditchpally, A.P) and as an Associate Research Officer (ARO) in the Department of Haematology (CMC, Vellore).
